Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These terms cover your use of Electrician Invoice App (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The service
Electrician Invoice App helps solo tradespeople quote, schedule, invoice, and track payment for jobs. It's provided free of charge under the current usage limits shown in the app (active jobs, customers, and invoices per month). We may adjust these limits, or introduce a paid plan with more capacity in the future — if we do, existing free usage won't be taken away without notice.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure — anyone with access to it can access your data in the app. You must be at least 18 and using the app for a genuine business purpose.
3. Your content and data
Everything you enter — business info, customer details, quotes, invoices, photos — belongs to you. We store and process it only to run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for the accuracy of quotes and invoices you send, for complying with tax/licensing rules that apply to your trade and location, and for having permission to store your customers' contact details.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or to send spam.
- Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the app.
- Don't use it to send invoices/quotes for a business that isn't yours.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments (when enabled)
If online payment collection via Stripe is enabled on your account, Stripe handles the actual payment processing under its own terms. We are not a party to the payment between you and your customer, and we're not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, or delays caused by Stripe or your customer's bank.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is." We're a small, actively-developed app — we do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for lost business, lost data, or missed payments resulting from using it. We're also not a substitute for legal, tax, or accounting advice — quotes and invoices you generate are your responsibility to get right.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are inactive long-term, with notice where reasonably possible.
9. Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
